This changing legal landscape requires thinking about marijuana’s history, use, recipes, safety and legality in new ways. David Schmader is the author of the new book, Weed: The User’s Guide: A 21st Century Handbook for Enjoying Marijuana. David is a writer living and working in Seattle. From 1999-2014, Schmader served as associate editor at Seattleā€™s Pulitzer-winning newsweekly the Stranger, writing the column ‘Last Days: The Week in Review’.
